Is it just me? Or does Obito sound like someone who's losing his voice? :erm: Yes! I know there's nothing any of us can do about it buuut I just want to know if there's anyone else that feels my pain. His voice doesn't have that 'hmph' tone of a main villain(for example, Madara ) and it saddens me so!

Yes he sounds like someone with a fever. The quality of the voice actors has been decreasing in the anime. If you listen closely in the flashbacks/fillers they use kid Obito's voice for pre-teen Gai.
