He's a middle-aged grown man, what do you expect? He sounds like the same age as Kakashi. He obviously hasn't a childlike voice, even though people still think of him as the little boy we have known for so long. And we don't know Madara's voice yet, but keep in mind Madara in his prime wasn't that much older than Obito is now - or even younger...

Well, Vic did voice young Obito in the anime and the '11 Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact video game. He was also Nagato.
I think this would appropriate considering Obito did steal Nagato's Rinnegan and both have messed up lives (though I favor Nagato because, due to TnJ, he redeemed himself by resurrecting the many people/toads that he recently killed/indirect
