What do you see to be facts? Obito hitting a nearly chakra-less, stamina-less tired Kakashi with a Shuriken while they're a foot away from each other, Obito kneeing a random fodder from the hidden mist that, at best, could wield a kunai with semi-competence? Lol, the only "facts" you showed me was that Obito has the basic Taijutsu skills of a Genin. Nothing I've seen so far is anything close to the feats Itachi has shown.
