i dont understand why obito didnt take back his eye kakashi was passed out and he witnessed kakashi kill rin he would have had susano and two mangekyos im calling kind of a plot hole.

That was for Itachi, and Amaterasu is only something Sasuke and Itachi possesses, not Madara. You get susanoo by having dark chakra, or being lucky; not everyone can get it.

madara doesnt have either and he has susano. u just need two mangekyos they unluck that power

You need double MS or EMS for that. Left MS for Amatersu and right for Tsukiyomi. Both of them unlock Sussano. Since he doesn't have both, he can't have sussano.

madara probably does have ametarasu but just hasnt used it yet and itachi doesnt have dark chakara but he has susanno so your wrong

I believe it's because Obito at the time wouldn't have been able to transfer the eyes since he wasn't a medical ninja. If you recall, he asked Rin to safely transfer it to Kakashi.
