obito's soul inside kakashi=sharingan

Obito tells rin that he will be back it looks like he combined soul with kakashi. Obito stated that kakashis eye will expire when obitos soul departs. For naruto part 3, narutois nof shown withhokage robe or hat showing kakashi to be hokage still.

I thought it was more his chakra than his soul. Because when he died he still had chakra left.
