Why doesnt obito`s sharingan turn into the mankeyou sharingan when he uses kamui since its a MS tech? example when we see his 3 tomeo sharingan inside his mask and hes using kamui?

Nope if you read the manga carefully you will see kishi ever shows obito's eye when he used kamui. It was always a dark hole or he put it at an angle where we couldn't see his eye.
