As I recall......he was dodging a lot of attacks for awhile... Then he got ****ed up for awhile..... then he never really overpowered or did damage to anyone. then the REAL MCCOY showed up like a boss.

I just want to point out something Tobis kamui is not for offence it doesn't harm tobi only warm them to another dimension where he place his victims under genjustu if you can break free of the genjustu then with greater offence then its over for tobi, only thing is how to get out of the dimension. But kakashi's kamui can target only the head or heart and a dieu you are a gonna the only thing I would have argued or seen reason with is if tobi had his other sharingan then he would have been on of the most OP character.
