Obito's Rinnegan

So as far as i know, Tobi's(i prefer Tobi) rinnegan was Nagato's, and Madara gave his rinnegan to Nagato.
So by that logic, as we have seen Edo Madara's eyes, that would mean that Tobi and Nagato also have Madara's EMS with their rinnegan?
Like Kakashi got Obito's MS, even though he took his normal Sharingan eye he can change it to MS.

And if thats true, Tobi would be able to use all MS techniques, because he has MS/EMS in both eyes.

Obito never unlocked the rinnegan.
The rinengan he has is madara's

And to the whole does he have his ems.
Probably not.
We have no reason to believe so nor have we seen anyone with an eye use a stage of it they themselves have not unlocked as a hint towards if one can or not.

He has one Eye so if he could change them he would get one tech and No Sussano, but I don't think he can nobody as shown the ability to revert the eyes to other levels, Normal Eyes, Sharingan and Rinnegan, everyone who has a transplanted eye sticks to what they were given MS is just a Stronger Sharingan so I guess that's the reason Danzo and Kakashi could switch.
