Obito's rinnegan!

Ever since obito had the rinnegan, he has barely done anything with it...the only thing i can remember is using it to control the mazo that's all. When naruto smashed his mask with rasengan, for someone who has rinnegan, he could've absorbed the jutsu and also the rasengan kakashi sent to the kamui dimension. Madara was talking bout being revived with the rinnie rebirth by nagato, even though he knows is in possesion of obito. Why...madara knows obito can't use it or what? Imo obito lacks talent...have you ever thought of itachi with rinnegan? All i'm saying is...''why hasn't obito shown us any rinnegan techs?''

it could be he doesnt know how to use it properly .... i mean nagato had it for years ..... madara could have known how to use it because he was the one that unlocked it and most likely could have experimented with it before he gave it to nagato .... also another theory is that the rinnegan cannot be used at full potential as he only has one.... its hard to say at this point
