There are still some who believe Obito's right eye was crushed and is therefore, a plot hole in the manga. Even in light of the recent chapter, 597. I believe the proof, that it was not crushed, has been evident from the beginning.
First, Obito was unable to sense, feel, smell, detect or notice an enemy’s presence what so ever from the get go. Examples are Ch. 240 Pg. 6, Ch. 242 Pg. 8 & Ch. 242 Pg. 12. Kakashi was always the one to notice, O.G.
Second, after Obito activated his sharingan he was able to see chakra systems and the like. Ch. 242 Pg. 16-18.
Finally, in the midst of Kakashi's fight with the last rock nin, while Obito lay under the rock, Rin was startled by the sight of the rock nin's head from above. However, Obito was not... Ch. 244 Pg. 5. Now I assume it is because he was still able to 'see' with his sharingan. See the battle, see Kakashi's chakra system flowing, see the enemy’s chakra system fading. Furthermore he was able to notice the presence of the oncoming reinforcements. Ch. 244 Pg. 6.
I believe this to be enough to say his eye had remained intact all along. If you, like me, believed or noticed this a while ago... Move along there is nothing to see here. If you disagree, sorry i'm not sorry.
