. Notice that kishi makes a reference to reviving the dead. Obito will lose Rin soon and madara's plan will be the only way to be with her again. Remember when Obito inquired on how the Edo tensei worked? We all thought that he wanted to know how to release it in case Kabuto betrayed him. What if he was interested in case Madara's plan didnt work? In the last chapter, Madara explained to Obito that he needed 2 eyes to reach their full potential. Maybe that's why he couldn't use but a few of the rinnegans powers because he only transplated 1. He could have revived Madara himself with the Rinnegan being half Uchiha and Senju but he proceeded with the plan to REVIVE RIN.....He had to know that he ,too,would be caught in the genjutsu.
