Shinobi teams are Usualy 3 members, sometimes with a 4th one in charge. My evidence is so obvious that you can only disagree if you are dead.

So, after Obito was Crushed by rocks, Why didn't team minato get a replacement, even a temporary one like Sai. Instead, they kept with their tradition of sending the kids of alone while Minato does something else, and then acting surprised when one of them is killed.

I also question the sence in letting the kids who let Obito die go out on their own against even more Kiri Ninja's.

Perhaps because there were not any Ninja Trainees at that time due to the fact that Konoha was involved in a war. Or it could also be as a memorial for Obito.

Well, they thought no one will ever replace Obito, and moved on.

Obito dies... few months later Rin dies... Kakashi's team is split up and only Kakashi remains... he then enters ANBU instead... no more team :)

So Correct. It's even better than my explanation. :)

I'm saying that they should have replaced Obito during the few months.

Wasn't there a shortage of ninja's in the 3rd Great Shinobi War? The war was prolonged so they didn't have enough manpower.

That, or Minato's Team was seen fine without him.

The two people who let him die are an OK team?

it was explained that due to the war, there was a shortage of man power. They couldnt find a replacement. remember, even after orochimaru attacked, konoha was still reeling from the damage and shortage of man power.

The thread has already been "/thread" but heres another point wasnt Sasuke "replaced" by Sai after a long time (+3 years) and only assigned that team because of Danzo

I believe that there were two reasons for there not be a replacement for Obito on the team.
Firstly, due to war and the shortage of ninja that would otherwise be assigned to another team, it may not have been an option.
The second, and in my opinion the most important reason, is that when Obito was reported KIA both he and Rin were chuunin, and both Kakashi and Obito were jounin. Kakashi explained to his own team much later that 4-man cells were used for the newly promoted genin, until they themselves were promoted to chuunin. Asuma later told his team that, after they all became chuunin, though they may not be a team anymore they should never forget their time as team 10. In short, once the genin are promoted to chuunin there is no more "official" 4-man cell. They may work together on missions, but that is probably due in part to the familiarity they developed during their time as genin. With Kakashi being a jounin, Rin being a chuunin, and Minato being a jounin, there was no need for a replacement.
What do you all think?

let him die!!! kakashi carried Obito damn near the whole mission the only time obito was useful was when Awaken his sharingan and then died ten minutes later...that team was better without him kakashi would not have lost an eye if he wasn't covering for Obito
