Anyone who thinks that Obito is half zetsu should just log off, because clearly do don't read the manga.

If Obito was half zetsu, he would of turned into a tree by kcm naruto's rasengan......

No you need to log off. Half of obitos body is the artificial hashirama which is zetsu. That's why spiral zetsu said he can survive without eating or drinking.. and obito agrees by saying only half of my body is made up of this stuff. Not to mention when he tried to punch the rock his zetsu arm broke.

He has the same regen as Madara and Hashirama, they are all equal. He didn't grow another arm. Madara gave him a spare zetsu arm. He can regenerate it if it's not cut off. But if he loses the limb, then he's going to need a zetsu transplant like Madara. Your panel proves nothing. All he (Obito) did was regrow the tissue (muscle, fat, skin, bone, etc.) but it was not cut off like in Madara's case.
