Obito will now take kakashis eye and become madaras true equal... perhaps not gaining a sussano but he will have moukton, be untouchable by anyone under super sonic speeds and he will have a full two eyed rinnegan seeing as he has senju dna and is a full blooded uchiha already this i believe will allow him to bring madara back to life without dying which is where oro comes in... ill get on that later but basically obito will not kill kakashi kishi will spare him but his headband will be over his eye for awhile this is why kishi made it normal for him to look like this..
Orochimaru now to orochimaru oro will notice o look an uchiha with unique powers a rinnegan and the 1st hokages jutsus im going to use him as my new vessle what he does after that is up to kishi but i doubt oro stays good.. much after that but madara will be brought back by obito before oro takes control in fact i think oro will use that moment when madara is being ressurected to take obitos body so madara will come to life kill bee feed it to inperfect jubbi then become its jinchuricki making him all powerful and obito/oro will either take madaras side or help defeat him..
Conclusion this is my prediction based on clues from the manga obito is always taking sharingan why not take his own with it no one but him could enter his kaumi dimension and remember madaras words

seeing as kakashi will not cooperate with him he will get his sharingan back to see the full potential madara was talking about... orochimaru wants an undying body (senju dna) with the sharingan and rinnegan(Obito is all orochimaru wants wrapped up in one) he will not just look away as his best bet too gain everything hes ever wanted owns everything with his new found power he may even gain a sussano or another kaumi based move just speculating there though
