One of the last survivors of the Uchiha clan,Obito Uchiha,has declared the 4th shinobi war,and his goal is to change the shinobi world,by using genjutsu on every ninja that walks on the earth-The moon's eye plan.
Now then.I will explain what are the steps of the project:
Step 1.Using your space/time techniques and sharingan,create a genjutsu dimension
Madara tought him how to do this.He even showed him an example of a genjutsu dimension:
It says that everyone must get in that world.So Obito,with knowledge from Madara and with his s/t techs,he managed to create a dimension in which everything can be teleported.After that he tried to suck Minato in his dimension,but failed.
In his dimension,Obito can activate a genjutsu on anyone that is trapped there.Here is some proof:
As you can see,the 2 Danzo's dogs were firstly sucked in Obito's dimension,and then he activated genjutsu on them.
Well,Obito can take ninjas 1 by 1 and send them there,but it takes too many years,and he will fail in the end.That's why step 2 is very important.
Step 2.With the Gedo Mazou,take the tailed beast's chackra
The Gedo Mazou is the special part of the project.Obito collected 7 of them,and a little from the last 2,enough to summon the Juubi.
Step 3.With the sharingan and the rinnegan power,use the rikudou no jutsu
Did you think that Obito tool Nagato's rinnegan for nothing? It was meant to be used when he will connect the 2 special kekkei genkai powers,then becoming Juubi's host and transform the moon into his sharingan.That;s why he never used it.
Step 4.With the moon's eye,teleport everyone in your dimension,and activate the genjutsu
This act will signal the end of the real world,and the beginning of the dream world.
Final step.Create your dream world
