Obito's moon eye plan was to put everyone in gen. evev kakashi after he killed rin, so my question is why is he trying to make the alliance feel dispair? also they seem to be killing a lot of shinobi, with more deaths to come... there wont be many left to be in the "World of winners".what are your views on his idea or plan?

To answer your question I don't think infinite Tsukuyomi is possible. At the very least he doesn't want to create a perfect world he wants to be the new Rikudo Sennin and control the world. Obito is just a fool following behind a psychopath.
