LOLz, Obito fked the entire shinobi world in the ass, incase u don't read the manga, let me tell u, without Kabuto,
there would've been no Edo's so no Itachi
thus no Orochimaru and no Edo Hokage's
and Sasuke would still be siding with Obito to Crush Naruto...thats why Sasuke asked Obito to give him EMS.

Obito would've built a castle from SA's corpses by now.

Obitos plan just was ridiculous stupid from the beginning. Why did he even start a entire war?
When Kabuto came around and joined him, there was no point to fight a war
He already had 7 complete Bijuu and a little bit of Hachibis chakra.. so he only needed Kuramas chakra.. and as we know.. Ginkaku and Kinkaku possessed this chakra. So.. why was he so stupid to fight Naruto and Bee???
If I were Obito, I would've stayed hidden in Madaras hideout and would resurrect Juubi there. No one from the SA found this hideout so it would be still save there. While the SA is searching.. Juubi would've been resurrected and Obito could've sealed it within himself and cast Mugen Tsukuyomi, before anyone found him.
But the plot makes characters stupid, that's why Obito started a war.
