Obito's Omyoudon vs preta path

Say Obito uses those black orb things against Madara and Madara attempts to use preta path. What happens?

My guess is Obito's technique wins, since it can negate ninjutsu, it negates preta path (a ninjutsu) and goes right through it.

But, the Preta Path absorbs chakra based attacks. I see no reason why Ohmaigumball wouldn't have chakra in it!

Omyoudon negates the effects and erases ninjutsu.

Both are ninjutsu so... I don't know.

It turns Ninjutsu into nothing... Also im pretty sure Omyoudon has something to do with C.o.a.t which made Ninjutsu... There complete opposites... Also Omyoudon will nullify preta path abilities just as it made Amaterasu and Rasenshuriken useless...
