I know why Obito didn't go blind with MS. It's because he is Godly. Hagoromo himself said it!

Kamui means: Kamuy (Ainu: カムイ, Japanese: 神威 or 神居, kamui) is the word for a spiritual or divine being in Ainu mythology. Concept[edit] In concept, kamuy are similar to the Japanese kami — the term is sometimes translated as god or divine spirit, but these translations miss some of the nuances of the term.

Kamui means "Authority of God" or "Authority of the Gods". Unlike other MS abilities, it's not named after a specific deity.

Because he had Senju cells, anyone with Hashirama's cells automatically has Ashura's chakra giving them a huge power boost and inability to go blind

He had Zetsu material, not Senju cells.

according to Black Zetsu, .

Doesn't make sense because WZ would need Hashi's chakra to summon the buddha statue

Edit : In the scan you posted it says he cultivated "Madara's meat" as we know Madara's flesh also comprised of Hashirama's. That suggests that although they were created by IT the Zetsus were given life using Ashura's power
