It is its sharingan's ability to do so and kakashi always get worn out after using Mangekyou sharingan so it can't be said that kakashi keeps on using it without any damage. Never thought about it. I think it it takes kakashis' chakra down more because he isnt a uchiha and his requrires more focus since its long ranged. Obito doesnt have these drawbacks

Kamui is an MS technique so of course he uses his MS to d so. ITs like doing tysukyomi without MS

He used it in the Deidara, Pain and Sasuke fights and a shit-ton of times during the War

Sasuke had blurred vision after 2 Genjutsu's and 1 Amaterasu, Kakashi should be blind by now it makes no sense, also I don't see how Kurama's chakra and Hashirama's DNA prevents blindness.

Possible explanations of Obito's case:

Hashirama's DNA actually reverts back all bad side effects happening to Obito's eyes... and Kamui's strain on eyes is smaller then Hashirama's DNA regenerating his eyes... so it look like Obito has not bad side effects from using Kamui. Hashirama's DNA actually stopped deterioration of Obito's eyes long time ago when first time Obito's body adjusted to Hashirama's DNA in his body.

Possible explanations of Obito's case:

Kakashi is noone Uchiha so maybe deterioration effects doesn't apply to him, or at least to not same degree as with Uchiha(Less likely), or considering that Kakashi became to spam his MS since the Kurama gave his chakra to Kakashi then I would say that Kurama's chakra is healing bad side effects of MS in Kakashi's case... stop these deterioration effect as Hashirama's DNA or simply Kurama's chakra heals Kakashi's eyes at faster rate then deterioration effects affect Kakashi's eyes.

The only difference between these two mentioned above affecting MS and between EMS is that EMS gives you better potential, new technique and completly take bad side effects away, not matter how powerfull occular technique you uses.

Just remeber that Sharingan comes from Ten tails and Kurama also came from Ten Tails so it is far fetched to say that Kurama's chakra may affect Sharingan(reverting it's deterioration bad side effects as well). Senjuu DNA could be actually counterpart of Sharingan(Uchiha DNA), so basing it on Ying-Yang mechanism, it makes sense for Sharingan to destroy something(deterioration's effect) and Senjuu DNA to heal/regenerate(reverting bad side/negative effects healing/ regenerating it).

In short:

Hashirama's DNA and Kurama's chakra allows MS user to spam his technique and enhance them actually... but only that long as Hashirama's DNA or Kurama's chakra regeneration rate > Deterioration bad side effects of eyes rate.

I brought this up awhile back to, I was told it's a regulas Sharingan tech for Obito, but I still doubt that since Kakshi's eye is Obito's pair, and Kakashi has to use MS to use Kamui, and neither have gone blind. This is either a plot hole, or is yet to be explained.

huh! i said he didn't use it much before war...! and in the cases he used it before war he used it very carefully and on a smaller scale....! you comparing kakashi to sasuke... kakashi MS has only one tech whereas sasuke's MS had 3 techs and even then he used it more than kakashi and on a larger scale....!
