This is merely but a short and sweet thought out of curiosity. I had originally skimmed and searched for any other threads about this idea and have found none thus far. Therefore, I shall begin.
As we know it has been known and said that if an Uchiha has utilized their Mangekyou abilities in excess amounts, they not only subject themselves to inevitable blindness, but hasten the process in overusing their eyes as had been shown with Sasuke abusing all of his MS abilities within a short time period.
However, upon viewing Obito, and[while being a moot point] Kakashi as well, there appears to be not a single hint of reference to the famed blindness that is caused by the overuse of the Mangekyou Sharingan. This of course has caught my attention as baffling, as we all know Obito's signature move is Kamui and he is able to use in versatile to suit his needs. He tends to use his Kamui above all other abilities and yet has not attributed any form of blindness within his eye(s). Why is that? If he has yet to obtain the eternal Mangekyou, as well as the consideration of the factor that he relies somewhat heavily upon Kamui, and is age even accounts as a factor, having obtained Kamui at the time of Rin's death around the age of 15+. Why is it then, that he appears to be such an exception out of all of the Uchiha? Could this possibly be due to his body being constructed of Hashirama's cells by nearly half? Allow me to know your thoughts, and please spare me the infatuation comments and offer sensible and noteworthy thoughts.
Thank you,
I shall now return to fathoms beyond reality and the universes, consuming all around.
