Obito's Kamui

I noticed something weird. Nearly every time Obito uses Kamui to teleport himself or someone else somewhere, he has a three tomoe Sharingan. Am I going crazy or what?

that is the difference between obito and kakashi obito can use kamui without the MS. VM me if you need scans or proof

This right here. We only knew that Tobi's Kamui came from his eye but many people assumed he was using 3 tomoe because he was never shown using MS. Fact is, Kishi never gave us a good shot of Tobi using Kamui.

I'm on my iPhone so autocorrect didn't recognize "tomoe" and changed it to "tomorrow". I probably messed up spelling tomoe so it assumed tomorrow.

THIS people this! Obito had Intangibility at 2 Tomoe Sharingan. Madara clearly explained that he survived as he seemed to 'Slip Away' from the rock -

It's odd how this entire base ignores it. Obito had Kamui well before MS, albeit in a very basic and unpolished form as it couldn't saved him from being crushed regardless, it just saved him from being completely crushed - I am amusing his vitals were mostly spared. It's a manga fact for crying out loud. It's because of Intangibility that he even survived.
