you realise that 14 year od Obito would rape most shinobi already with his kamui right!?!?
it's not just about experience, it's also about reaction time... and Minato is top in that department too.
Kamui and FTG are a bit different
Kamui has the advantage of not needing marks, he teleports freely anywhere he wants
also can become intangible
FTG has the advantage that it's instant... while kamui has a little delay when he wants to teleport (not going intangible), FTG doesn't have a delay.
it depends on the users, FTG fits Minato style better and Kamui fits Obito style better too.
even if Obito was older and if they went up against each again I believe the outcome would be the same. Minato reaction time + instant teleport is the worst match up for Obito IMO.

The Sasuke that fought Raikage and the one that fought Danzo , both had MS , yet one can barely use the ribcage Susanoo and the other can use V3

of course they keep improving.
Sakura during the years improved her speed too, but that doesn't mean she's now faster than the Raikage for example...
battle of speed and reaction time Minato/FTG > Obito/Kamui. it's simple really
Obito having more experience or not would change very little here, Minato/FTG is possibly Obito/Kamui worst match up.

Don't you dare compare Sakura to Obito.
Take Sasuke for example.
In part 1 : his Sharingan can keep up with Kyuubi Chakra Naruto.
In part 2 : His Sharingan can keep up with Raikage's V1 and Bee 6 tails mode.
So Obito should have improved dramatically U_U

I'm not saying that FTG LV2 is fast than LV1 , LV2 is more efficient.
And Obito wasn't experienced enough with his Kamui back then.

V2 is better as well as faster than V1 IMO...
True but but that is not going to help him against Minato...
Kamui is not fast Enough so he can't keep up with FTG's speed even if he got more experience....
If u pay some attention Obito is clearly following Minato's movements back then but still failed to counter him coz he can't telepost faster......
They both got advantage over other Only FTG can counter Kamui & Only Kamui can counter FTG ...
as Minato said one that strikes faster than the other will win the match ....

VOT Saske only had tomoe sharingan
Kage Summit Saske had MS
dat 14/16 year old Obito already had MS, he even controled foxylady with it :/

Obito's reaction time WASN'T fast enough back then.
Now he dodged Raikage with his Kamui ( when he was holding Sasuke ) , and is being fighting Naruto KCM and BM , Bee , Gai and Kakashi.
And for LV1 and 2 , you seem to don't understand the difference between efficient and faster.

Against 1 tail Naruto , he was having problems keeping up with his movements ( with 3T )
Against 6 tails Bee , he had no problem dodging his Shunshin ( with his 3T )
Against Raikage V1 , he had no problem dodging him ( with his 3T)

against Bee he already had MS
against Raikage he was struggling a lot to keep up. and Raikage doesn't use S/T :/
and you keep using the fight against Naruto KCM and BM , Bee , Gai and Kakashi
the problem there is that... none of them can teleport.

The fact that Obito managed to follow Minato's move & failed to use Kamui proves that he can't perform Faster which means that is is slower than FTG....

Ya , Iam not familiar with English that's Y I failed to undestand the difference....
Now answer my Qustion....
If I put MInato's Kunai in Cloud village and ask Minato & Obito to teleport to the place of Kunai from Konoha ..who do u think will be the first one to reach that place ...?
This answer will decide which one is faster......

Obito always shown a little delay when teleporting someone
much later on Konan almost killed him because of that... did that Obito also lacked experience?!?!? nope
FTG is instant. Kamui is almost instant... it doesn't matter how much experience he has, that delay will always come bite in the ass when going up against FTG.

Against Naruto he had problem with his 2T , when he got the 3T , he was able to dodge him easily but when Naruto went 1 tail , Sasuke had problems even with his 3T
Then in the NG , he was able to predict and dodge Bee 6 tails movements. ( with 3T not MS)
Same thing against Raikage V1
And since when MS enhance Sharingan's perception and pre cognition ?
Nobody can teleport but , Naruto KCM is as fast as Minato ( shown against the Raikage )
Naruto BM is obviously faster.
Gai has gates.
Kakashi has Kamui
And we missed a large part of that fight because of the Kabuto fight.
Read the Manga before posting , i don't have time to re tell what happened in the manga.

No , who told you that there is a limit to the Sharingan pre cognition ?
KCM Naruto = Minato's speed in FTG.
Minato of course , and of course FTG is faster from point A to B but Kamui is better ( Minato and Kakashi said it ).
Obito lost because he wasn't able to keep up with Minato's speed at that time.
