obitos jinchuriki and juubi

Everybody says "he can summon the jinchuriki and if he gets past that then he has the juubi" but he already gave all the tailed beasts to the juubi so he can't use thesix paths right? But what ever happened to the one tail I heard a theory that obito sealed it in himself what do you guys think

The 1 Tails, like all the Tailed Beasts, was in the Gedo Mazou. He was then later fused in with the others to make Juubi.
