Upon becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, Obito Uchiha is able to create small orbs of a mysterious black chakra over his hands. He can have them pierce through his palms to become blades, wrap around him to act as a defensive shield, or extend then expand to hit and reduce whatever it touches to dust. According to Hiruzen Sarutobi the technique is similar to Dust Release, but on a far greater level in terms of shape transformation, allowing it to be constantly used for either offense or defense. There is a time limit for each different shape transformation perfomed. Hiruzen also notes that it is beyond both Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tōta, being comprised of at least four different nature transformations.
