Obito's Gudodama

Ok so i didn't catch this in the manga but, in the latest episode, Obito summoned the giant tree to fire 4 Bijuu Dama and kill the shinobi. He shielded himself by encasing his body inside a Gudodama. But the Gudodama can't negate the power of nature energy, maybe just withstand it.
Now the thing is, after the 4 Bijuu Dama exploded, Obito came out unharmed without any damage to his black shell. My question is: were the 4 Bijuu Dama not created using Juubi's chakra (which is "nature energy itself" as stated by Naruto), or is the Gudodama more powerful than we thought? I mean if they are nature energy, then the Gudodama should not have been able to protect Obito.
Could also be just a plot hole. What do you think?

If I remember correctly in the manga gudoudamas were destroyed to some extend. So yes the gudoudamas tanked those juubidamas and they were made up of nature's energy, otherwise obito had no need to shield himself, since ninjustu won't work on juubi jins even if they take the hit directly on their bodies.
And no this is not plothole by any means.
Its just misconception. Senjutsu deosn't make gudoudama useless but negates omyonden which is different. Gudoudamas will still work.
They have their natural toughness and can be used as shields, weapons or as atomic dismantling jutsu (similar to jinton but to a greater extent). And not every SM Jutsu can break it as it is very tough. Naruto's nine kyuubi powered rasengans only created a small hole in juubito's gudoudama shield.
If u remember SM Minato got his arm ripped off by a gudoudama stick.
Only those with rikudou powers can touch gudoudama and even they can be pierced, cut or beaten using gudoudama due to its natural toughness. Like how Naruto pierced Madara's Limbo clone and Kaguya's arm with it. U_U

That's what i was looking for. So afterall they did not negate the blast, they just withstood it.
