Obito's Final Power-Up

I believe that the reason Rikudo obtained the pure form of the Juubi's eye, Rinnegan, is because of his reason for sealing the Juubi within himself. The sage had pure reasons so he got the pure version. Obito on the other hand absorbed the Juubi with impure reasons. Yes, he was forced but even after gaining control, his intentions are impure. I believe he will get the Juubi's original eye in place of his sharingun.

I do not. I feel this was his last powerup. I mean, He is OP right now, If he were any more over powered, he would be undefeatable.
I besides, if that were to happen, wouldn't he have already gotten it? I mean, he looks just like the sage. Why would there be another powerup for him?

obito said he was going to use the juubi's powers to boost his eyes to the ultimate level and reflect them off the moon

the rinnegan is yin and yang chakra the juubi is nature energy the juubi boosts it up like sage mode
i think you need the rinnegan to be the juubi's jin

Yes, he looks like the sage but it's an incomplete sage. He isn't on the sage's level just yet. This last power up would put him up there and he would displayed as a finsl villian for Naruto to face overcome so Naruto could become the strongest ever. The change hasn't been made because he absored the Juubi not in his final form.

It's always a possibility, especially since Kishimoto has been doing some trolling. But, it's highly unlikely. With how the Shinobi alliance is already at a HUGE disadvantage. I think we'll be seeing a display of Obito's OP powers, and then some hair-brained idea from Naruto to make Obito either realize his mistakes, or lead to his (Obito's) death. This will hopefully all happen within ten chapters. But with the Naruto series, I don't even know anymore. SIGH.
