Obito's Fighting Style is Boring?

For someone who has the sharingan and rinnegan, he barely shows us anything other than his intangible ability along with teleporting. He showed one actual fire technique but that's about it.

I like the character but he would be better if he showed us more techniques. What do u guys think?

True but still maybe more techniques from him just being a ninja not all techniques need to come from rinnegan or sharingan

You're right but I guess he never really has to bother trying, being able to phase out like that is pretty useful. I guess it's like if you could turn invisible, you wouldn't really have to use anything else most of the time.

It's true, what we've seen so far has been somewhat boring...but I think we will get a better show of his skills later. I mean, he shouldn't have all this potential for nothing.

And the only reason he lived was because he used izanagi

Obito is composed of stolen pieces of body parts and DNA.

He's nothing without them. He can't "steal" taijutsu, which is why he sucks at it.

As to the whole obito fighting style being boring.I kind of agree.
The man simply has too many abilities.So its hard to showcase a style that could embrace and show off all the jutusu he has to offer.

If you call a unique ability set boring then okay. Also he already explained that he isnt using the paths because konoha devised counters to them. His path jinchuriki were unique and he also has a range of weapons fire style barriers and jutsus, sealing techniques, summons and wood style......he has one of the best fighting styles IMO.

I think he honestly has an underdeveloped fighting style. Because of the chakra needed to work the Jinjuriki Paths he couldn't use the Rinnegan Techs. Then instead of sporadically mixing Taijutsu with phasing so you never know when he'll switch, he always phases.

His throwing of shuriken and his fire tech were cool, but then he just jumped Juubi :/.

It had a lot of potential, bit he kinda spammed it!

Yeah, what I mean is, he was messing around with her, got himself into a tough spot so he got serious for that moment(used Izanagi), then messed around again. What I'm trying to say is we never saw him in a fight where he was completely going all out for a majority of the fight.

Yeah he's fighting style is boring. Also, honestly I want to know how well would Obito be able to fight anyone if he didn't have kamui, cause if he didn't have that he would be pretty much ****ed, or if any fight that lasts more than around 10 minutes he would be ****ed.

If he used it more in tandem with other abilities such as genjutsu or elemental ninjutsu and used a bit more taijutsu, then i could see him as being a really great and one of the most unpredicatable antagonists, but he just spams it, making it stale and predictable in a sense if you know what I mean.

At least it allows other people to showcase some of their more strategic side since it requires smarts to catch him.

All I gotta say is: Obito is a bi*ch for killing Neji. Neji was seriously a badass, especially in Part I! Hopefully Naruto pulls a DBZ moment and somehow Neji gets revived by spirit particle recollection or whatever

well, i guess when u intangible, u dont bother with all the fancy techniques. i mean, its a waste of chakra when u can simply suck in the person and finish the fight. but yeah, his fighting style is kinda boring though
