It is obvious black zetsu is about to take over again who is an enemy which is why he said to think of him as an enemy. Whatever he says will involve making sure black zetsu does not give Madara his other rinnegan.

Did anyone consider that Obito is simply going to ask Sakura to heal him so he can help Naruto and Sasuke? Or maybe help get rid of Black Zetsu?

If it was healing theirs no need to go to the Kamui dimension for that,plus He is dying from losing the Juubi to Madara, no cure for that except a Tail Beast. No Obito wants to trap Black Zetsu and the Rinnegan in the Kamui dimension and needs Sakura to insure it happens.

Yeah I agree with this, Zetsu gonna take over Obito and Sakura is going to have to do something. I'm hoping she isn't the one to kill Obito, though. That would be a bad death for his character. If anything she should just get rid off Black Zetsu, it could be a good final boss for her. Even if she doesn't kill her, maybe she will just get him away from Obito long enough to Kamui out (but then Madara will get his Rinnegan). I honestly don't see Madara not getting his second Rinnegan back. Unless he decided to try to take Sasuke's, which would make sense since he said he is nurturing a new eye.

Not sure about that... As long as Kakashi remains... Madz can pluck his eye and use it himself, and or controll Kakashi with his path...
