Judging from obito and madara's MS power you will find out that they are completely different,that is obito can teleport while madara cn use susano'o,so therefore obito is not the decendant of madara but maybe sasuke and itachi are madara's decendants cause they too can use susano'o.madara could have told any uchiha kid he say that the person is his decendant but in this case obito was the one he told,obito is only being use as a tool by madara to achieve his dream of infinite susano'o, madara does not care about anyother person apart from izuna.in conclusion when obito finds out that his just a tool to madara and they don't share the same vision ,he gives his second sharigan to kakashi to apologise for all he did,therefore kakashi joins it with the sharigan in his left eye and awaken EMS .obito then gives naruto hope of winning and he tries to fight with the juubi alone and he dies.

1st, Obito cant use susano'o simply because, his MS aint in both eyes

Won't give him ems it is the same sharingan if obito gave Kakashi his sharingan
It would just enable him to use both kamuis(hax) and
drain kakashi's chakra in like 5 mins.
(Transplanting organs on the battlefield is not a safe or even sane idea.)
