Unless they're not dead but how did Obito became hokage while Minato is still young

They don't. Obito is literally the reason why they die. So he doesn't go bad, they live, they turn over Hokage position to him. etc.

The story would be quite different... no Uchiha massacre, Naruto wouldn't become the Kyuubi jink, no MS for Sasuke, etc etc.

There would be no reason for Naruto to gain Sage mode, Sasuke wouldn't have the curse seal (tons of Uchiha alive, oro wouldn't pick out Sasuke).

There'd be no reason for Sakura to approach Tsunade since she wouldn't be Hokage -- both male leads, Naruto & Sasuke, would practically be fodder.

A lot of the Konoha 12's skills would appear much stronger and Sakura would probably be the strongest of the three.

I agree except the part that Naruto wouldn't learn Sage Mode. Naruto would eventually learn Sage Mode because even though there were no major villains due to Obito becoming Hokage, he would use it to hone his skills, he's the son of the 4th Hokage after all.
