I don't understand how obito has EMS

Proof he does not has EMS-

His eyes and kakashi's eye are identical and we know that they look different when one has EMS
He needs to transplant ANOTHER MS into his eye sockets then only he can have EMS but where the hell he will get another MS cause we do not know any other MS user to exist

Proof he has EMS-

He does not suffer from drawback now as he did when he first gained it(maybe we dont know whether he bleeds in side the mask but that improbable because it will have marks)

So, tell me what it the truth he has EMS or kishi is trolling

One possible solution is that he has hasirama's DNA maybe that gives him the aility of EMS but that would be more TROLLING
