Didn''t itachi put a automatic ameterasu on sasuke when he looks at madara's eye??? if so why would it set off if it's obito's eye anyway i was wondering about that help me out

Maybe, Itachi thought of Tobi is madara. But Tobi isnt madara which is obito. So what Itachi did was to set the auto AME to obito's eye. So technically Sasuke can kills Kakashi actually.

Itachi only set it if Sasuke looks at tobi.

Itachi placed amaterasu in sasuke's eye in a way that who ever looks into sasuke's eye with a sharingan should activate it resulting in the opponent being attacked by amaterasu. Itachi knew madara/tobi will try to get his hands on sasuke at some point so to protect sasuke he did wt he had to do.. :shrug:

also it did get activated the moment tobi looked into sasuke's eye with sharingan while he was explaining the life of itachi

Nope, for Itachi Tobi was Madara, he activated it for that eye, the eye he tought was Madara's
