Obito's eye sight

Not sure if I've missed it being explained or what but it's been stated many times that when you use Mangekyo Sharingan that your eye sight slowly decreases UNLESS you have Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan like Madara or Sasuke. My question is wouldn't Obitos eye sight be extremely poor or pretty much all gone by the amount of times he uses his Mangekyo Sharingan to avoid attacks and stuff? Sasuke had the Mangekyo for a couple of weeks at most and he had major eye sight loss. I always thought the Uchiha go blind if they over use the Mangekyo

No that can't be right because he always uses that same eye you say is blind. Remember his previous mask.
