OK so Obito has Madara's Rinnegan so would that mean he can revert it back to Madara's EMS since Obito has Senju and Uchiha DNA? Madara can revert his Rinnegan back to his EMS so why can't Obito do it?

because he has not awakened the rinnegan he just implanted it in his socket, the same reason as kakashi cant turn his sharingan back to a normal eye he must cover it with the eye patch

when you give someone the sharingan it also defies that u need to be an uchiha to awaken the sharingan, simple as that.
