Obito's defeat wouldn't have been so bad if...

...he wasn't so focused on Rin. I used to defend when people said "he does it all for Rin" but now there is no defense for it. Thoughts of Rin literally caused him to be defeated by the alliance in a matter of seconds. In my opinion, it would have been much more tolerable if he was fighting back while cursing the entire SHINOBI SYSTEM/WORLD rather than thinking of Rin.

Honestly, my respect for Kishi's storytelling has been decreasing every week since the Hashirama/Madara flashback. Now I'm not saying the manga is crap or that I'm done reading, but the hype I used to have for it is just gone. Hopefully now since Obito is done things will get better.

I agree.....unfortunately. My interest started declining greatly once Minato got these random powerups. Everything after was....some small good moments within a large group of horrible ones. My opinion only....as for Obito I'm so tired of every move he makes....Rin, Rin, Rin, Rin, I just am exhausted with it.

His defeat sucked cause he was trolled. Kishi restricted him from using his full power, cause he could've owned Naruto and Sasuke easy. At least give us a all out brawl where Obito is severely injured, but he wasn't. Even now with all the all the Biju's extracted from him he still alive.

people with powerful enough bodies can survive extractions.(Uzumaki have all survived thanks to their strong vitality
(Obto has hashi's cells which contain powerful psychical energy)

2.

The ongoing theme with obito has been with the series and all other villains since day 1.

This was not out of the blue.

Start paying attention and stop *****ing or just stop reading altogether

Hes doing it for peace ,rins death is what spurred it,now hes debating if instead of filling that hole in his heart by himself he should have had others fill it in for him like naruto and kakashi

Thank you! I am so sick of everyone constantly complaining about the series! I'm not saying that every chapter is perfect, but people are just looking for stuff to complain about these days! They complain about wanting deaths. We get a death, and now they want that character back. If a villain is winning the fight, they complain that the villain is too OP. If the villain is losing, they got nerfed or it is plot no jutsu. If Naruto gets a power up, then Kishi is being unfair to other characters. If other characters get power ups or even screen time, we are spending too much time on side characters. They say Minato's power up was random. Alternate reality where Minato didn't get the power up: Minato doesn't have enough. Hinata says hi to Naruto. Initiate rage over pairing (even though she just said hi). You get my point. People are hypocrites and complainers.

PS. Minato's bijuu mode was not random. We already knew he took Kurama's yin chakara, so the power up made sense.

Only one Uzumaki survived. Doesn't matter Susano'o sliced thru him, then not 1 or 2 Biju's were extracted but 7. Obito should be dead, but he was nerfed in the fight he should killed them all

Would you honestly agree that the quality of this story is as good as it used to be? And show me where I said I lost respect for Kishimoto as a writer. The story's quality has gone down as of late, and really that is an opinion most fans of the series are agreeing to.

Calm down dude. So people can't have an opinion and if they happen to dislike a few chapters, they have to stop reading the series ? You are not making much sense.

OT: I feel the series has lost some of its luster too, I don't like how Obito was defeated. It was so predictable.
