Obito's character and how he will always be a important part of the manga

Since my other thread ended up producing mixed results and several people calling me a hater,fapboy,and hilariously attempting to do arm chair psychology I've decided to make a thread in rememberance of Obito.

Who would've thought the goofy character known as Tobi would turn out to be one of the most interestng characters in the manga.Obito's character has produced so many different view points that it was pretty fun reading them all.

Some people think Obito was being petty,others think he had good intentions,while some think his past crimes are unforgivable.

Obito has left a definite mark on the series that will never go away,his character is a example of what happens when good people are put into bad situations with no support.If he had never gotten trapped under that rock then the series would be drastically different,Obito might have even been a very different person than he was before.

I agree, the story with naruto and the uchiha massacre pretty much happened because of obito.

Obito is probably one of the best characters I've seen in Naruto, behind Itachi. I'll always appreciate the work Kishi put into him and his development. Obito will always be one of my favorites; he was Naruto's Anakin Skywalker. Heck, for my first Naruto RP I got to be Tobi. That final panel with him and Rin brought tears to my eyes. I felt so happy for him. RIP Obito....

hes my favorite character for a reason. i cant put it into words. the feels, badassery, his words have all made an huge impression on me. filled with such hope then facing reality and thinking he can break even in the end.

his eyedrops and goggles to take care of his eyes so he could protect his freinds!! his mouth which never changed. his sweetness and attitude when he thanked madara for saving him. when he was running to reunite with his team but was too late.

and tobi. goofy tobi is love. the spine chilling manipulative badass. like a black hole sucking in all light. going to war like he dont give a f.

...i could go on but i wont. .......

he has a deep deep connection both good and bad with the main charas. without him things would be completely different.

I really like Obito, still saddened by his death tbh, loved him from the first minute I saw Kakashi gaiden, I've always wondered though how I would feel about him if he didn't save Kakashi from that falling rock and instead escaped himself with Rin. Then again that's when I thought that situation was not set up by Madara. Dat bastard, hate him >.>

Obito is like the soul of this manga. He is at the center of the plot, connecting all ties. Naruto manga started with the nine tails attack. It was Obito who initiated the attack which started this story.

Yep he was a great character imo. He had his different personalites as well. His '' those who abandon their comrades are worst than trash'' persona and also Goofy Tobi, '' i am madara'', ''i am no one'' and in the end he went back to who is was originally and hated himself for all the bad things he did.
