This guy hasn't got Bandaged Or Zetsu goo Hand! I don't get it, what is Tobi?. What is the Truth. Who is The Real Tobi... I can't decide it is Obito..... I think there is Many Tobi Madara did something with Experiments, I think? That Tobi look like Escaped From Prison!

I think it's the same thing itachi used when he caught against naruto kakashi Sakura and granny chiyo and he is still in the other dimension with madaras ghost

Probably a mistake, but again it's hard to tell the difference in the manga, you should check the scene in the anime to see if it's really human arm.

He had Zetsu goo come out of his wound, so he had Zetsu goo in his body to help support himself this giving him fake limbs

Obito's arms has always been fine every since a year after madara patched him up but when they are ripped off zetsu goo comes out of it

by the time obito was crushed and he fought minato im sure black/white zetsu would have been created to make more "life-like" limbs for obito

There's nothing wrong with his arm in the current manga, it's only his face. I didn't believe it either when I saw it but we must accept that Tobi is indeed Obito, whether you like it or not.
