First of all, Obito fought most of the war on his own before Madara showed up. He fought off KCM/BM Naruto, Kakashi and Gai on his own. He was also commanding around the ET of the former jinchuruki. He's shown incredible resilience at many parts of the series, not dying from his wounds suffered in the fight with Minato and recovering quickly from when Madara found him... plus surviving his eye being ripped out and being crushed by boulders. More than we can say for most characters. Also he survived TB extraction twice and getting owned bad by Madara. Also more than we can say for even Naruto. Obito's stamina is actually pretty damn well remarkable.

Secondly, it took a legitimate act of a godhead like Kaguya to kill him.

Considering the sheer beatdown Obito has taken at the hands of most of the protagonists in the series, including boulders, I think we can all agree he can take a lot of abuse.

He is the most dynamic char in the story and most dynamic chars are hard to kill in stories.

Unless youre reading Game of Thrones.

Also once TnJ is casted, the user becomes unkillable until the end of the tech.

Obito is awesome hands down. Obito actually surpassed Madara with his PS and such that was given to Kakashi. So Madara without God Mode, has been surpassed by Obito, in which Naruto deems the coolest guy and Kakashi deems his hero. Only someone like Kag could put him down for good, and even that was not enough... Obito WANTED to die, if he did not, he would not have been killed by her, so Obito is definitely "the coolest Uchiha".

Nice said. And one more thing to point out is that he only died because he wanted to, he could have survived if he wanted to (evade the bone and letting Naruto get hit/warping his own bone instead/Izanagi).

Kakashi proved he could still compete with Obito when they fought in their dimension when Obito had Rinnigan and Kakashi knocked him down with taijutsu.
