I'm pretty sure someone calculated using data books and such and found out he'd be 17-18 during the Kyuubi attack since kakashis age was not specifically stated at the time of him becoming a jonin. HOWEVER I feel Kakashi and Obito look about the same age tbh based on art and it's been said that Kakashi became jonin at 13? So yeah it would probably make him a teenager.
