Im kind of disappointed in kishi I really wanted too see Obito's susanoo I think it would have made the story more

interesting as well basically it seems like he wanted to make obito look like a good guy in the end because I know he

just didn't give him both his eyes back just to boost his kumai ability.

I don't think it would of made a difference. Sauce was using PS, and still got stopped by Kaguya. Another Susanno'o wouldn't make a difference.
