Yes, one of his new best friends Naruto is from Konoha, so he'll go there. Hopefully, they become roommates and get hoes together, I'd totally love reading Naruto more if that happens.

Aren't his actions not his fault though? In our world, he could use the insanity defense, which in his defense Madara did make him crazy with the puppet curse seal. Will he get a fair trial?

He may be able to make a case, & yes he would most likely get a fair trial, especially since he's seen the error of his ways.
