i think obito possesses kotoamatsuki .........though not strong as Shisui's......

because he was able to control Yagura the fourth mizukage ....who was supposed to be able to control the tailed beast inside him ........

if it had been a normal genjutsu he should have been able to break it .......atleast we expect this much from a kage caliber shinobi
he could also have made isobu help him break it ...as in case of killer bee and gyuki

The fact that Kishi wrote that you can learn Kamui in databook,well anything is possible. Not to mention the fact that the dude was going to initiate Tsukoyomi,which may also indicate he possess Tsukoyomi as well,like the jutsu he used on Konan,killing her and making her reveal nagato's location.

It is possible that Obito that Obito was able to cast a genjustu while being attached to Gedo Mazou.

Just like what Madara did to Obito in the cave.

That or he really did it by himself, because he killed Konan with genjustu and He put Danzo's body guards in a Kamui genjustu dimension for X number of days.
