Sorry, but Kakashi has no chakra, he would lose without help. Konan got really close, it just depends on how much they know about Obito's powers. He's not invincible like Edo Madara.

Obito is the ultimate 1v1 fighter, but madara wins only because of wood clones. Obito sucks them but, madara attacks from outside, wood clones mess him up in his little playground.
