i feel like obito didn't play as big of a roll in naruto as i thought he would have. he is really the main message behind the story. "those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum" that was the main part of the series. and since sasuke abandoned his friends, he is worse than scum but everyone forgets that he is the moral of the story. so i hope he comes up more later in the series.

Why would they use edo tensei to revive some one so weak? ( he was pretty weak when he died )

it's all linked. Uchiha's at each tier of ninjas. obito was there to give kakashi flavor before revealing that minato was his teacher, and naruto's father. also kakashi needed a sharingan to better relate to Sasuke

he gave kakashi a stronger drive then he already had. in a way he was a lot like naruto by changing the heart of kakashi!
