Why would he love Sakura? He doesn't know her - I don't think he even recognizes her. And aside from being a medic nin, they don't have anything in common - well, aside from the fact they both loved the cool and strong teammate *rolls eyes*.

Plus I doubt he would ever love another girl - he would probably think he would insult Rin's memory or something like that.
So nope, he won't love Sakura - if he even recognizes her at all

It is possible while fighting he may notice similarities that will either impair his ability to fight her, or cause him anger by seeing one like Rin live while Rin had to die thus causing him to specifically target Sakura....Maybee if he sees her as Rin by delusion and she was hurt he may go after Madara.
