And if Itachi does manage to land a devastating blow somehow - Izanagi (which Izanami won't be countering in such a small timeframe, seeing how long it took to set up)

Tsukuyomi is pretty much the only way Itachi could win, and Tobi is no fool. He'd know to avoid it.

Meanwhile all it takes is 1 touch for Tobi so win.
Btw, Kamui is fast enough to let Tobi teleport inside a Jinton cube, grab a person, and teleport out all before it explodes.

And regarding the whole "If I hadn't kept a few secrets from him I'd be dead right now" scan, Tobi did keep a few secrets from him, so he's still saying Itachi lost their game of wits.

What the OP didn't know is that Obito actually feared Itachi though.
Oh, and to all of those moves, Kamui isn't the solution to all of them.

Itachi would eventually figure out how Kamui works faster, and more accurately than Konan, but he doesn't even need to know how Kamui works to actually solo Obito.

This is how the fight would go if they actually went head up in a 1v1;

[Amaterasu] Itachi is able to create a Transcription seal with Amaterasu so as soon his Mangekyo takes a look at Tobi's Sharingan, Tobi will be instantly hit with Amaterasu, burning him and leaving him vulnerable and distracted long enough for Itachi to Activate Susano'o and stab Tobi in the chest with Totsuka Blade.

Only against these two things in Itachi's arsenal will Kamui actually matter;
[Katon] Itachi's Katon surpasses Obito's, so in the end, Obito will have to resort to using Kamui in a Katon vs Katon battle.
[Taijutsu] Itachi's Taijutsu also surpasses Obito's. To even keep up, he'd need to occasionally make himself intangible.​

Failed when you said Itachi had better Katon then Obito. Obito made Juubi sized katon, and Sasuke overpowered Itachi's katon until he released amaterastu. Taijutsu from Obito>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Itachi's. Obito was handling KCM Naruto and Guy while Itachi was on par with one KCM Naruto clone. Tobi was surprised by the Amaterastu he should have enough time to avoid it plus if Itachi uses it he will stop for a little bit since he is in pain so Tobi can use Izanagi then and blitz Itachi. Kamui avoid Totsuka Blade.
