ok so we know the obito /kakashi history!

This is how he would get ems , upon killing kakashi , obito would take back his sharingan, then merge it with his first sharingan ,and as a result gain ems in one eye, so in other words obito's 2 sharingan would make 1ems eye.
so obito would gain 1ems and his other eye would b the rennegan.

Also if that realy happend, most likely obito would do the transplant in the kamui dimention, and then when obito returns to the war ,everyone would realise kakashi is dead, and everyone especially madara would notice that obito gained ems in one eye.

Sorry but EMS doesn't work like that. Kakashi's sharingan was Obito's to start off so nothing will happen. You need to take a brothers/sisters MS in order to gain EMS.

Obito cannot gain EMS through Kakashi because that was his Sharingan to begin with, an Uchiha has to take another Uchiha's MS to gain EMS.

Idk about bro and sis but its clearly been stated tht u have to archive MS with ur eyes first and then swap them with another uchia eyes

But what I think u have to do is u have to yes attain MS through ur eyes but then almost go blind (both madara and sasuke only ems users went through it ) and then transmit another persons MS in your eyes (now I c the brother thing coming into play cuz both sasuke madara used bros but tht would b totally unfair -/-)

Actually you don't have to take your brothers eyes it just makes it stronger if you do because of the relation and also no female uchiha have ever been known to unlock the sharingan
