It would still go relatively quick. Kakashi spammed the ever living shit out of Kamui, but still showed no signs of running out (i.e blindness, distorted vision, etc.), but the moment he got DMS he lost it in like 5 minutes. Keep in mind he also had a small portion of Rikudou chakra.

That wasn't anything to do with overuse of Kamui. He had DMS for as long as Obito gave it too him, and when Obito left, he lost DMS.

DMS doesn't increase the rate at which eyes go blind.

That wasn't blindness; he didn't actually have DMS, he was simply possessed by Obito's chakra. Kakashi's physical eyes weren't Sharingan. Running out of Obito chakra is not the same as ordinary MS blindness.

Obito's blindness would probably have taken longer. However, we've never seen an ordinary MS user use PS, so Obito's DMS (even with Hashi cells) may have been weaker than Kakashi's brief DMS.
