But doesn't Obito already have Senju DNA, Mangekyo Sharingan, and the Rinnegan? How much more powerful do you want him to become?

I'm disappointed somewhat (not entirely) how Obito/Tobi has been using it. Why doesn't he use any Rinnegan techs?
